Ministry Evaluations

A Ministry Evaluation is a valuable tool in understanding one’s leadership style, unique personality characteristics, strengths and areas of growth.  This type of evaluation places the psychological and ministerial assessment within the larger context of spiritual formation. I closely assess your passions, talents and strengths and identify roles within the church where you may thrive.  This evaluation will help you explore your call to ministry, increase self-awareness and gain a deeper understanding of your ministry profile. Additionally, we will co-create a ministry development plan and self-care plan. I can also guide in the development of your personal spiritual formation plan. I provide recommendations specific recommendations with strategies to increase success as a church leader.  These evaluations are helpful to prepare for ministry and possible ordination.
